Hi, I'm Sam.
Let's talk about home.
Home financing should leave room for the rest of your life. Bring your questions and your plans; the conversation starts with what matters to you.
More about SamA few good questions.
Where should I start?
A rough budget, your timing and a few questions are enough for a first conversation. You do not need to have every detail worked out.
Is the calculator a mortgage quote?
No. It estimates monthly principal and interest using the numbers you enter. It does not check eligibility or include taxes, insurance, lender fees or other home ownership costs.
Can we talk before I am ready to buy?
Yes. Planning ahead gives you time to understand your current position and the choices you may want to explore.
What should I send through the contact form?
Only your contact details and a brief description of what you would like to discuss. Do not send financial documents, account numbers, a Social Insurance Number or a Social Security number.
