The template-search destination that ranks for newsletter templates is the 12-month Real Estate Newsletter bundle. Live product JSON-LD listed $47.00 USD, in stock, with a struck $60.00 sale price on the page. Badges: instant download, edit in Canva, yours forever. The product description says you can print and mail it to a farm, email it to a database, or hand it out at events and open houses.

A newer 12-month email newsletter bundle (Volume 5) was also $47.00, described as twelve professionally designed newsletters, one per month, fully editable in Canva (colors, fonts, images, text), for market updates, listings, seasonal tips, and homeowner content.

A matching printable 8.5x11 Volume 4 bundle was $47.00, described as magazine-style printable newsletters.

Store-wide, the Elevated Agent Vault was listed at $999.00 (struck $6,500.00) as a one-time buy of the shop plus future designs.

Separately, the Elevated Newsletter Membership page advertised $10 per month, with a new 8.5x11 newsletter, one email-sized newsletter, and one story-sized newsletter each month. Copy on that page says they create the newsletters for you to send to your CRM, mail to your farm, hand out at open houses, or post as stories, and that templates are designed in Canva (with a disclaimer that some Canva elements may later be paid).
