Acceptance of Terms

By using AgentReach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updates.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must report any unauthorized access immediately. Clients must provide accurate access to third-party accounts (Mailchimp, CRM systems, etc.) so AgentReach can create content on your behalf.

Content Approval Process

Before we send out any newsletter or campaign, you'll review and approve the content. You'll typically have 3–15 days to approve before it goes live. Failure to approve within the timeframe may delay or cancel campaigns.

Service-Specific Terms

AgentReach designs and creates campaign content, but you remain responsible for compliance with email service provider policies, brokerage rules, and third-party guidelines. We disclaim liability for policy violations by clients.

Payment and Cancellation

Services operate on monthly auto-billing via Stripe. You may cancel anytime through your billing invoice or by emailing support@agentreach.ca. Mid-cycle cancellations receive refunds only if no work has been completed for that billing period.

Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received or if our services are misused. Misuse includes violating third-party rules or actions that harm our business interests.

Intellectual Property

AgentReach retains ownership of all website content, including text, logos, and graphics. Custom newsletter designs and content created for clients become client property upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

AgentReach assumes no responsibility for damages including lost profits or data. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of perfection.

Dispute Resolution

For any concerns, please contact support@agentreach.ca first. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, disputes will proceed to mediation in Alberta, Canada, before litigation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. All disputes fall under Alberta court jurisdiction, regardless of user location.
