What this page covers

This page describes the data paths implemented in the current AgentReach website. It does not make claims about processor regions, legal bases, retention periods, deletion timing, or client-list handling that have not been independently verified.

Information submitted through the site

Demo and onboarding forms can collect your name, email address, phone number, website, requested plan, survey responses, and attribution information such as UTM parameters and referrer. The checkout flow also creates opaque retry and funnel identifiers so a browser retry can be handled safely without putting raw contact fields into its retry fingerprint.

Site form submissions are validated by the site and then forwarded to AgentReach Flow, the operational system used for lead and checkout handling. Checkout requests may be sent from the site to Flow and then to Stripe through the configured service path. The browser is not given provider credentials or internal identifiers.

Client lists and third-party accounts

Do not send customer lists, email-platform credentials, or other sensitive client data through public forms. Any handling of client subscriber data, provider access, deletion, backup, or suppression must be agreed in the applicable service arrangement. This website does not establish a separate retention or deletion promise for that data.

Cookies, storage, and optional tracking

The website asks you to choose between necessary-only use and optional analytics/advertising tracking. Your choice is stored in a cookie_consent cookie for one year. You can reopen the choice from Cookie Settings in the footer.

Necessary site storage

• cookie_consent stores your preference for one year.
• sessionStorage.ar_utm can store UTM values and a referrer for the current browser session.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are included by the site for web analytics and performance measurement. Their account configuration, retention, and processing location are not established by this codebase.

Optional tracking after consent

• ar_vid is an anonymous visitor-ID cookie kept for one year.
• localStorage.ar_profile can hold a visit count, viewed paths, and last-seen timestamp in your browser.
• Google Tag Manager/GA4 and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you choose optional analytics. The site then records page, scroll, section, CTA, and survey/checkout events.

Changing the setting removes the site consent cookie, ar_vid, and ar_profile from this browser and prevents future optional tracking from this page. It cannot erase information already received by third-party services.
