An AgentReach individual website costs CA$49 a month or CA$499 a year paid upfront, with free setup. In the US, it costs US$79 a month. To compare that with another quote, include setup, the domain, hosting and the work of keeping the site current.
A website-builder subscription, a one-time design project and a managed website cover different work. The monthly figure alone will not tell you which fits your practice.
AgentReach website pricing
| Individual website | Price | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Canada, monthly | CA$49/month | Free |
| Canada, annual | CA$499 paid upfront for the year | Free |
| United States, monthly | US$79/month | Free |
The Canadian annual plan saves CA$89 compared with twelve monthly payments: CA$588 − CA$499. There is no public US annual website offer.
These prices cover an individual website. For several people or a shared brokerage site, request a team demo to confirm scope and pricing. A newsletter is available separately or in a bundle; it is not included in the website-only price.
Compare a full first-year budget
Ask each provider for the same five items:
- Website plan: the monthly charge multiplied by twelve, or the annual charge paid upfront.
- Initial work: design, writing, migration and any setup fee.
- Domain: registration or renewal, and who will own the account.
- Extras: business email, photography, paid integrations or other services you need.
- Updates: what is included, who makes changes and what additional work costs.
Keep taxes and currencies consistent when comparing quotes. Record your own time separately from money you pay a provider.
Illustrative budget: suppose your quotes are CA$30 a month for a builder plan and CA$20 for a domain for one year. That is CA$380 before setup work, extras, tax and your time. These are example figures, not quoted vendor prices or a market average.
At AgentReach’s current rates, twelve Canadian monthly payments total CA$588; the annual option costs CA$499 upfront. Twelve US monthly payments total US$948. Confirm any separate domain, email or other costs alongside the plan.
A domain and a website plan are not necessarily one purchase. For example, Wix explains them separately, and requires a paid Premium plan to connect a custom domain. Check the terms for the specific plan and region you are considering.
What does the managed website include?
AgentReach’s individual plan includes a branded website, mobile layout, hosting, domain connection, technical maintenance, and copy or layout edits by email. You supply accurate business details and approve the content.
Application systems, client portals and automatic CRM routing are separate requirements to discuss. A demonstration design does not establish that those integrations are included.
The practical comparison is who does the work. With a DIY builder, you usually arrange the design, content and ongoing edits yourself. Read website builder vs a managed service to compare responsibilities.
Before you pay for a second website
If your brokerage already gives you a useful page, first check whether you need your own website. A new site should solve a specific problem, such as presenting your services more clearly or giving referrals a consistent address.
Then explore the three demonstration designs. They show real layouts and working previews, with fictional businesses rather than customer results. Use the planning checklist to gather your details, then request a demo or review website pricing.
